Disappointment-how do I return?

Don't buy it thinking you can find the extensions. You can't. I ordered one extension for the extra tall gate that said it would fit my model. It didn't. If you try other retailers, they do not give you the height dimension in any of the descriptions. Regalo does not have the part in stock either. HOW DO I RETURN THIS? IT IS USELESS TO ME WITHOUT THE EXTENSION.
Just what we needed

Love this gate. Installed to keep a visiting cat limited to our upstairs and away from our housecats. It was easy to assemble and install, looks nice, and it's super easy to walk through smoothly with a simple latch on top. The visiting cat, and two of our housecats, haven't tried to jump over it, but I will point out that our hunter cat, who spends a lot of time outside jumping onto the garden fence etc, walked up to it and cleared it in one jump without even blinking, so it depends on the cat.

My orders are always delivered quickly and accurately. Earlier this year I had to bid farewell to one of my furkids...they reimbursed me for the food I couldn't use and had me donate it to someone else who could. They also sent a beautiful floral arrangement. Chewy rocks!

Meets our needs. We have a Yorkshire terrier and just adopted a Great Pyrenees. We need to separate them because the Pyr wants to pounce on Yorkie to play with her. The gate is easy to open and close. They can see each other through it. Also, it's high enough for the Pyr not to climb over and it was easy to assemble.

Should have actually read the measurements before purchasing...this gate is TALL! However, it's easy to install and easy to use. My 6 year old can get in and out of her playroom no problem. My 3 month old Bernedoodle looks tiny against it, but the gate honestly will last us for a very long time.
hard to fit

This item was nearly impossible to fit into doorway properly. We ended up having to use bungie cords to keep it together and to keep the dogs out of our music room.

We are really happy with the size of this gate. We rescued an 11 year old senior cat from the shelter and needed an additional gate to keep our other cats separated. Where we needed a gate the opening is 35" and the gate we had was about 2" too small. After reading through all the tall gate dimensions we decided this one would work and it fits perfectly. The locking latch is quiet and the extra tabs that close on the bottom of the gate help minimize the noise when the cat paws the gate. We would definitely recommend this gate.

Needed something for our cat as he gets into everything. This works great. Easy to assemble, and tall enough that our cat won't try to jump it. Bars are close enough that he doesn't squeeze through.

This gate was easy to install and keeps my two new cats separated. One is a large cat ( part Maine Coon) and he doesn't jump it. Note: the width given is with extension. I used an inch dowel to make it a tiny bit wider.

The gate came in a couple days and was pretty much what we expected. I like that it stays open if I need it to, and that I can open and close it with one hand. It is super tall, but that's what we expected. My only (slight) issue is that I am 37 weeks pregnant and the gate way is a little difficult to wiggle through without bumping myself.
